- Black pepper and salt

- 4 English muffins, split
- 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 4 slices ham or Canadian bacon

Directions
- Place the Cook &
- Crisp Basket in your Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer.
- Beat eggs and add black pepper and salt to taste. Spray the Cook &
- Crisp Basket with oil and add eggs. Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
- Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking. Cook at 200°C for around 2 minutes, stir, and continue cooking for around 3 or 4 minutes, stirring every minute, until eggs are scrambled to your preference. Remove the Cook &
- Crisp Basket.
- Place bottom halves of English muffins in "cook &
- crisp basket". Take half of the shredded cheese and divide it among the muffins. Top each with a slice of ham and one-quarter of the eggs. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of the eggs. Use a fork to press the cheese into the egg a little so it doesn't slip off before it melts. Transfer the basket to Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer.
- Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
- Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
- Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking.
- Air Fry at 180°C for around 1 minute. Add English muffin tops. Cook for around 2 to 4 minutes to heat through and toast the muffins.
