Caramelized Onion Dip
If you can count on me to have Veggies and Lemon-Garlic Whipped Feta Dip (page 63) when you stop by for a get-together, you can also count on me to bring Caramelized Onion Dip when I am invited to a cookout. After all, chips and dip are a staple for any backyard barbecue. Instead of reaching for the onion soup pack, I developed a homemade version for The New Newlywed Cookbook. This recipe has been modified a bit, plus with the Foodi™ Blender, it is all made in one pitcher!Serve with your favorite potato chips and fresh veggies for the perfect appetizer.
