Ingredients

  • 8 slices French bread, ½ inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter
  • 240ml

  • Mozzarella

  • 120ml basil pesto
  • 240ml chopped grape tomatoes
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat

  5. to 175°C.
  6. Spread the bread with the butter and place butter- side up in the two air fryer baskets. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the bread is light golden brown.
  7. Remove the bread from the baskets and top each piece with some of the cheese. Return to the baskets in 2 baskets and bake for 1 to 3 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
  8. Meanwhile, combine the pesto, tomatoes, and spring onions in a small bowl.
  9. When the cheese has melted, remove the bread from the air fryer and place on a serving plate. Top each slice with some of the pesto mixture and serve.
