Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1½ cups broccoli florets, chopped
- ½ cup sliced brown mushrooms
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 6 eggs
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese

Directions
- Place the Cook &
- Crisp Basket in your Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer and set a reversible rack inside.
- In an 8-inch nonstick cake pan, mix the olive oil, broccoli, mushrooms, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until the vegetables are coated with oil.
- Place the mixture in the Ninja Foodi Cook &
- Crisp Basket.
- Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
- Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop".
- Cook on "Air Fry" Mode at 200°C for about 5 minutes until the vegetables soften.
- Meanwhile, in a suitable bowl, whisk the eggs and Parmesan until mixed.
- Pour the prepared egg veggie mixture into the pan and shake gently to distribute the vegetables. Cook on "Air Fry" Mode at 175°C for 15 minutes until the eggs are set.
- Remove from your Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer and let sit for about 5 minutes to cool slightly. Use a silicone spatula to gently lift the frittata onto a plate before serving.
