Ingredients

  • 1 wholemeal pitta
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ½ shallot, diced
  • ¼ tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp dried thyme
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Brush the top of the pitta with olive oil, then spread the diced shallot and minced garlic over the pitta. Crack the egg into a small bowl or ramekin, and season it with oregano, thyme, and salt.
  2. Place the pitta into the Zone 1 drawer, and gently pout the egg onto the top of the pitta. Sprinkle with cheese over the top.
  3. Select Bake button and adjust temperature to 190°C, set time to 6 minutes and press Start. After the end, allow to cool for 5 minutes before cutting into pieces for serving.
