Ingredients

  • 6-ounces chicken
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 1 tablespoon dill, dried
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon tomato puree

Directions

  1. Place the Cook &
  2. Crisp Basket in your Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer.
  3. Mix the chicken with the pepper and sea salt. Add the dried dill and stir. Beat the egg into the chicken mixture. Make 2 medium sized burgers from the chicken mixture. Grease the Ninja Foodi Pressure Steam Fryer basket with olive oil and place the chicken burgers inside of it.
  4. Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer. Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking.
  5. Adjust the cooking temperature to 195°C.
  6. Cook the chicken burgers at 195°C for around 10 minutes.
  7. Flip the burgers. Cook for 6 minutes.
  8. When the burgers are cooked, transfer them to the lettuce leaves. Sprinkle the top of them with tomato puree and with a slice of cheddar cheese. Serve immediately!
