Ingredients
- 1¼ cups almond flour
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 tablespoons Swerve sugar replacement
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- Vegetable oil

Directions
- Place the Cook &
- Crisp Basket in your Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer.
- Lightly coat 6 silicone muffin cups with vegetable oil. Set aside.
- In a suitable mixing bowl, mix the almond flour, Swerve, and baking powder. Set aside.
- In a separate small bowl, mix well the eggs, butter, milk, and lemon juice. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir until just mixed. Fold in the blueberries and let the batter sit for about 5 minutes.
- Spoon the prepared muffin batter into the muffin cups, about two-thirds full.
- Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
- Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop".
- Cook on "Air Fry" Mode at 175°C for about 20 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
- Remove the basket from your Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer and let the muffins cool for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
