Ingredients

  • 2 (115 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, slice in half horizontally
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Juice of a lime
  • 2 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/4 onion, sliced
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
  2. Unfold the chicken breast slices on a clean work surface. Rub with olive oil, then drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with taco seasoning.
  3. Top the chicken slices with equal amount of bell peppers and onion. Roll them up and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Arrange the chicken roll-ups in the preheated air fryer. Air fry for 12 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches at least 75oC. Flip the chicken roll-ups halfway through.
  5. Remove the chicken from the air fryer. Discard the toothpicks and serve immediately.
