Ingredients
- 300g leftover rice
- 100g spinach
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 2 eggs
- 200g crab meat
- 10 basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 sticks lemongrass (white part)
- 1 thumb galangal
- 8 shallots
- 1 or more chilli padi (depends on your spice tolerance)
- 7 cloves garlic chopped
- Sugar to taste

Directions
- Blend ingredients into a fine paste.
- Move slider to AIR FRY/HOB mode and select SAUTÉ on Hi-5. Preheat for 3 minutes and add paste. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add leftover rice and vegetables, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add in fish sauce and oyster sauce, sauté for 1 minute.
- Make a well in the center and add in eggs. Once combined add in the crab meat and mix. Stop cooking.
- Close lid, move slider to COMBI-STEAM mode and select STEAM AIR FRY function at 160°C for 3 minutes.
- Add the basil then stir everything together and plate up.
