Ingredients

  • Mushrooms, halved - 250g
  • Courgette, sliced -1
  • Asparagus, cut woody ends -125g
  • Yellow squash, sliced -1
  • Grape tomatoes -160g
  • Balsamic vinegar - 60ml
  • Olive oil - 60ml
  • Dijon mustard -1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Brown sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix asparagus, squash, tomatoes, mushrooms, courgetti, oil, mustard, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, pepper, and salt.
  2. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then add half vegetable mixture in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
  4. Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 200°C, and set the time to 12 minutes.
  5. Select the Match button to copy the zone i settings to zone 2.
  6. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  7. Stir vegetable mixture halfway through.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
