Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons butter, softened
- 12 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
- 4 medium Granny Smith apples, diced
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 4 teaspoons cold water
- 1 (14-oz) package pastry, 9-inch crust pie
- Cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons milk

Directions
- Toss apples with brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon in a suitable skillet.
- Place the skillet over medium heat and stir cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with cold water in a small bowl.
- Add cornstarch mixture into the apple and cook for 1 minute until it thickens.
- Remove this filling from the heat and allow it to cool.
- Unroll the pie crust and spray on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into 16 equal rectangles.
- Wet the edges of the 8 rectangles with water and divide the apple filling at the center of these rectangles.
- Place the other 8 rectangles on top and crimp the edges with a fork, then make 2-3 slashes on top.
- Place 4 small pies in each of the crisper plate.
- Return the crisper plate to the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer.
- Choose the Air Fry mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 200°C and the time to 17 minutes.
- Select the "MATCH" button to copy the settings for Zone 2.
- Initiate cooking by pressing the START/STOP button.
- Flip the pies once cooked halfway through, and resume cooking.
- Meanwhile, mix sugar with milk.
- Pour this mixture over the apple pies.
- Serve fresh.
